amazing guest house experience!
immaculate room delicious food convenient location
the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. the breakfast options were diverse with tasty food!!! parking on-site was available, made everything easier. the location was super convenient, close to the beach and other amenities.

low pressure thin walls
I was so looking forward to having a bath, but the water pressure in the bathroom was really low. it took forever to fill the tub. also, the walls seemed really thin. I could hear conversations from the next room, and this made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly. i think the room needs more soundproofing.

great shower good selection free parking one date no reply gift programme
The room had a great shower. A good selection of food was available for delicious breakfasts. Free parking on site was a bonus.
I was given one date and time only when i wanted to book. Why be part of buy a gift programme if you do not want people to come.

excellent stay
convenient parking fresh milk seamless morning
my four-night stay included parking, convenient. the room had a fridge, and i found fresh milk provided daily. the breakfast, ordered the night before via a qr code, ensured a seamless morning and the quality was AMAZING!!!
The only slight issue was the distance to the harbour. It required about a twenty-minute walk.

breakfast offered many choices on the menu and it was prepared fabulously. the system uses a qr code to pre-order the food the night before, this guarantees the food will be ready at a convenient time.

street noise fluctuating temperature
I was a little disappointed by the room. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate (it kept fluctuating).

convenient location helpful owner huge variety
the location was convenient near the beach and a floral garden i appreciated the helpfulness of the owners they offered useful information the breakfast had a huge variety of food i enjoyed it the house design felt thoughtful it showed great care from the hosts
the availability for afternoon tea was very restricted based on my voucher which was slightly inconvenient
